1. Booking Confirmation:

  • A deposit of [25% of the total tour price] is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.
  • Your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received and a confirmation email or receipt has been issued by us.
  • The remaining balance must be paid as per the schedule outlined below.

2. Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: Due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due [X days/weeks] before the tour departure date. Failure to pay by this deadline may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
  • Payment Schedule: For tours departing more than 90 days from booking, the deposit is due immediately, and the final balance is due 60 days before departure.
    For tours departing within 60 days of booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
  • Payment Methods:
    We accept the following payment methods:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
    • Bank Transfers: Direct payments can be made to our business account. Please contact us for bank details.
    • Online Payment Gateways: You may also pay securely through [list payment platforms, e.g., PayPal].
    • Cheque: If paying by cheque, please ensure payment is made at least [X] days before the due date to allow for processing time.

4. Late Payments

  • If the final balance is not received by the specified deadline, a late payment fee of (£50.00) may apply.
  • Non-payment after a reasonable period may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and you will forfeit any deposits paid.

5. Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes to your booking may incur additional charges, depending on the nature of the change and when it is requested.
  • Cancellation of your booking after the payment has been made will result in the following refund schedule:
  • More than 60 days before departure: Refund of [50%] of the total payment (less the non-refundable deposit).
  • 32-59 days before departure: Refund of [25%] of the total payment (less the non-refundable deposit).
  • Less than 31 days before departure: No refund.

6. Currency

  • If paying in a currency other than our listed prices, the exchange rate and any associated fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Travel Insurance

  • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. Travel insurance should cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances that could affect your trip. Please note that we do not offer refunds outside of the cancellation policy, even in cases of illness or personal emergencies, without insurance coverage.

8. Group Bookings

  • For group bookings, payment terms may vary depending on the size of the group and specific requirements.
